Entry period

20th August 2020 at 12pm EST to 23rd August 2020 at 11:59pm PST.

How to enter

During the entry period, individuals must:

1. Sign up to the Peach & Lily and LOLA newsletters via this sign up form.

Eligibility

The Peach & Lily + LOLA Giveaway is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and a resident of the US.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.


Non-eligibility

In addition to the criteria for being eligible, persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any Prize if:

They are an employee, spouse, partner, sibling, parent or child of the Peach & Lily or LOLA teams.

Any personal information or contact details are entered incorrectly.

The Prize

The Ultimate Self-Care Package featuring Peach & Lily and LOLA products.

Prize conditions

No sale, transfer or exchange of Prize: The Prize(s) is non-transferable. If for any reason, a Prize Winner cannot take any component of the Prize(s) or the Prize(s), then the Prize will be forfeited. If a Prize(s) or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such tax.

Winner selection

On 26th of June, 2020, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. Peach & Lily will notify the winner via email.

Claim of prize

The drawn entrant if matching with the Eligibility criteria will be contacted by Peach & Lily using the email address they provide in their entry to discuss delivery of prize.

Contact

The Promoters will not contact any entrants, other than the winner, to notify them of the draw outcome.

Redraw

The Promoters reserves the right to redraw, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original draw, in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting their right to the Prize. A redraw is to occur up to a maximum of ten times (or any other number of times as determined by the Promoters in their sole discretion). If an entrant has not claimed their right to the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions after ten redraws (or that number of redraws as determined by the Promoters) the Prize will be awarded to the first drawn entrant, with this entrant being notified by email.

Winner Publicity

The Promoters reserve the right and license to use the Prize Winner’s name and city for the purpose of promoting the Peach & Lily + LOLA Giveaway unless a written request for anonymity is received from the Prize Winner.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Participation in the competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Disqualification

Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of an entrant or the Prize Winner. Disqualification will be at the sole discretion of the Promoters, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data Protection and Publicity

By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the Promoters may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) entrants provide in their entry and in the process of entering for the following purposes which are in the legitimate interests of the Promoters under data protection laws:

a) to enable it to administer entrants’ entry including deciding whether it accords with these terms and conditions

b) to notify entrants if they are the winning entrant

c) to share with the Promoters in assisting with the conduct of the Competition and fulfillment of the prize and

d) for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

Entrants agree to receive direct marketing emails from Promoters when they enter the Competition. Entrants can opt out of direct marketing at any time by following the unsubscribe links on any marketing received.

The Promoters will only disclose entrants’ personal data to those of its group companies and third party service providers.

Prize winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoters without further consent or payment.

Cancellation of the Promotion

The Promoters reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period for any reason whatsoever.
