One of the major requirements in hand-selecting our favorite products and brands to bring back to you all is that they actually yield visible results (among some other detailed requirements - we set a high bar!).
We’re so sick of using products that promise the world but actually do not much more than some light hydration, if that.
Not only do we personally test the products for some time, we pore through consumer reviews, interview the brand, ask for data and gather proof that the products work!
I’ve been using both the Green and Orange serums from Be the Skin (really good for my skin type, dry as the desert) and someone from Peach and Lily has been using the White and Blue serums (normal/oily/sensitive skin). We’ve both seen that the products do what it says - so refreshing when that happens - and gathered data from the brand that shows the dramatic results!
So for the blue line, basically, the Alaskan glacier water + Selastin majorly control sebum production in a gentle and soothing way. Pores are duh-rah-matically minimized and oiliness is controlled! Cindy LOVES this serum and toner combo and won’t stop talking about it. :p

Ok, so can I just rave a little bit about this serum? The green serum is one of my favorites. The super top-shelf ingredients that leverage botanical phytopower to rejuvenate skin from the inside out, basically makes the skin more radiant, evens out the skin tone, and gets rid of all those annoying random bumps on the skin…without drying me out! Super important for me. The pictures above speak a thousand words.
Saving the best for last (for me!). As I mentioned, I have really dry skin, especially in the winter. Even in the spring it’s on the dry skin. It’s ever only not dry in the summer when it’s hot and humid. So for me, it’s really important that I use a serum that infuses hydration into the deeper layers of the skin while shooting healthy nutrients in there. Because creams create a moisture barrier to keep moisture from leaving the skin, but aren’t formulated to actually put moisture into the skin, it’s critical to find a serum that hydrates. Serums are actually formulated to penetrate into the skin and bring much needed moisture into the skin. What’s the point of making sure moisture doesn’t leave the skin when there is no moisture in the skin anyway? So. I am always on the quest for a good serum that will carry moisture and nutrients deep into the skin.
This serum does that job wonderfully. A funny phenomenon in Korea - a place that takes beauty rather seriously - is that in beauty stores, people can actually measure moisture levels with the devices pictured above. Anything below a 20% is pretty dehydrated and above a 27% is OK. You really want to be shooting for above 30%. Naturally, I had to get one of these devices and test everything. Not only does the serum feel and smell great, but the results are tangible. Above is a picture of the average tester and average results. Telling you, proof is in the pudding for this brand!
This is a brand we can stand by 100% :)
Good news for those that have been asking…we were able to restock the items that sold out!
These are going a bit faster than we expected. If your pick happens to be sold out, you can easily add to the wait list and we guarantee a pretty quick fulfillment!
