How does the referral program work?

Invite your friends via e-mail and they'll get a discount code in their inbox. You'll get yours via e-mail once they have made a purchase of $50.00 using that discount code.
Please note that the referral program auto-blocks self-referrals or referrals within the same household using a variety of information in order to ensure friend-to-friend referrals.

What is Cloverly?
Cloverly is a platform that can calculate how much carbon will be emitted on an order shipment based on the weight of the items and the customer’s location.
If the customer chooses to pay for the carbon neutral delivery option, they purchase a carbon credit that will avoid emitting that same amount of carbon elsewhere in the environment to "offset" the carbon emissions.
Because the earth is one giant carbon sink, removing an equivalent amount of emissions elsewhere in the environment has the same net impact as if your order's emissions didn't occur. Buying an instrument that reduces or eliminates greenhouse gases also creates a market that spurs creation of additional carbon-removal projects.
Sustainability is one of our biggest company focuses, and Cloverly allows our customers to do good for both their skin and the Earth.
If you'd prefer to not offset your carbon emissions, you can uncheck the Cloverly box underneath your shipping information to remove the extra charge from your cart.
Where is my order?
NOTE: Your order may take longer than usual to ship due to higher demand during holiday sales and industry-wide shipping delays due to impacts of COVID-19. Please plan accordingly and shop earlier to get gifts on time.
You can view your status of your order by logging in to your account and viewing your order status. Once you click on your order number, you can click your order tracking code.
Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?
Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.
Can I return sale or promotional items for a refund?
Any site-wide promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday, most notably) are final and these orders are not eligible for return/refund. Other promotions will detail the return policy in any related announcements via e-mail and/or social media.
Are all of your products really from Asia?
All of our products come straight to us from Korea or Japan, or from Korean and Japanese-inspired beauty brands from around the world.
The Peach and Lily team has a stringent vetting process for deciding which brands are featured on our site. We only choose brands that offer high-quality products with the best ingredients and formulations. With so many incredible brands in Korea and Japan, the global leaders in beauty innovation, it isn't easy, but we curate, curate, curate to showcase only the best for our customers.

Is the date on my product the expiration date or the manufacturing date?
We realize the dates on our products can be confusing (we get this question quite a bit) as some products have the expiration date printed while others have the manufacturing date printed. That being said, many if not most of the products on our site have the manufacturing date (as is often the case with Korean cosmetics), and the date is usually followed by the word "제조," which, in English, means "manufacture." If you are still unsure about the date on your product, feel free to contact us at hello@peachandlily.com.
How can I cancel my order?
We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can "catch" the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24+ hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.
I'm not sure what to buy. Can I get some advice on which products are best for me?
