How do I sign up for Peach Perks Rewards?
Simply create an account here. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account with us — you’ve already been enrolled in our Peach Perks program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Peach Points!
Why didn’t I earn Peach Points on my purchase?
If your order was placed on or before January 24, 2022
The Peach Perks program wasn't live prior to this date. For any orders placed before this date, if you were signed up for the loyalty program at the time you would have earned 1 point per $1 spent, and these points were then transferred to the new program at the same point value. If you were not a loyalty member at the time of your purchase, you would not have received any points. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
If your order was placed after January 24, 2022
Double-check you were logged into your Peach Perks account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn Peach Points. If you have done this in error, contact us at email@example.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive Peach Points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any Peach Points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your Peach Points balance.
How do I earn Peach Points for reviews?
To earn Peach Points for reviews, you must click through the review request email you receive from us 15 days after placing your order. The subject line of the email is "Please review your recent purchases at Peach and Lily" which you can search for in your inbox if you want to review past orders.
You will receive 40 Peach Points per review, and 40 additional Peach Points per photo posted. Note, there may be a delay in receiving your points for photos, as we process those every Friday.

What are the advantages of becoming a member?
Peach Perks is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive Peach Points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for referring friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and trying new products. In addition to earning Peach Points, members have the chance to earn lower free shipping minimums, free skincare consultations, and access to product testing, exclusive discounts, and more. I already have an account. Am I a member?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled into Peach Perks.

How do I earn Peach Points?
For starters, each member gets 25 Peach Points just for joining Peach Perks. Aside from earning Peach Points through purchases, you can add follow us on social media, leave a product review, refer a friend, or try a new product. Access all the ways to earn under the “Ways to Earn” section of the Peach Perks Rewards page.
Does it cost anything to earn Peach Points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free. Make sure to visit the Peach Perks Rewards page to get started.
How do I redeem my Peach Points?
You can redeem select rewards at checkout with any purchase. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account to see this option.
Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available Rewards points on the top left of the page. To trade in Peach Points for a reward, select the voucher you’d like to redeem from the dropdown menu on the order you are placing, then continue with the check out process.
You must have a minimum balance of at least 175 Peach Points each time you would like to make a redemption.
In order to redeem your reward, your order subtotal excluding shipping and taxes must be higher than the amount of the reward you’re redeeming. For example to redeem a $10 voucher, make sure your cart total before shipping and taxes is $10 or more.
How do Peach Points convert to dollars?
175 points = $10
350 points = $20
525 points = $30
875 points = $50
So, if you spend $175, you'll earn 175 Peach Points, which can then be traded in for $10 off your next order. Remember, purchasing is just one way to earn Peach Points — see all of the ways on the Peach Perks Rewards page.
Can I combine reward vouchers with other coupon codes?
Unfortunately at this time, you cannot combine redeemed vouchers with other coupon codes.
Can I use Peach Points in store?
Not at this time, you will not be able to earn or apply Peach Points toward purchases in-store at CVS, ULTA Beauty, or ULTA Beauty at Target. You will only earn Peach Points for purchases made through peachandlily.com.
How do I get my birthday reward?
Add your birthday through the "Ways to Earn" section on the Peach Perks Rewards page. A few days before your birthday, we will send you a special discount code via email.
Can I return my order if I used Peach Points?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The Peach Points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your Peach Perks Rewards account.
For example, if you use $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your Peach Perks Rewards account.
Do Peach Points expire?
Peach Points expire after 1 year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
How is my Peach Perks tier determined?
As of the
launch of the program on January 24, 2022, this is when purchases will begin
qualifying towards tier status. What this means is that any purchases placed
prior to January 24, 2022 will not count towards tier status. If you have any
questions about this, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you are signed into your Peach Perks Rewards account, scroll down to the section titled "More perks reserved for Premiere and Platinum Peaches" on your dashboard. Your current tier will be marked by the text "Current Status" and your perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling year starting on the date you are first enrolled into the tier.
Peach Premiere - you must spend $150
Peach Platinum - you must spend $450
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the rolling year starting on the date you are first enrolled into that tier. For example, if you earn Peach Premiere status on February 3, 2022, you will have access to that tier’s perks until February 2, 2023. If you spent less than $150 in that rolling year, you will then lose your Peach Premiere status. If you spent $150 or more in that rolling year, you will maintain your Peach Premiere status. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
How do I know what my Peach Perks tier is?
When you are signed into your Peach Perks Rewards account, your dashboard will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
When your total spend crosses a tier threshold, you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. This email will also include a unique coupon code for you to redeem your one-time tier welcome gift. Keep in mind that coupons cannot be used in addition to the redemption of Peach Points.
Peach Platinum Members: How do I activate my Free Shipping $35+ perk?
As a Peach Platinum member, your free shipping on orders $35+ will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the US.
How long does my Peach Perks tier status last?
Once you are in Peach Premiere, or Peach Platinum, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
Will I earn points for gift card purchases?
Yes, you will receive 1 point per $1 spent. For example, if you purchase a $50 gift card, you will receive 50 Peach Points.
I don't see Peach Points I earned in my account
Yes! You work hard to earn Peach Points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be — in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our system processing and Peach Points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear. However, if you feel like you have earned Peach Points but they are not showing up in your account, you can also try troubleshooting with these tricks:
- Try to refresh your browser.
- Try to log out and then back in to your account.
- Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.
If you still feel like your Peach Points balance is not accurate, you can email us at email@example.com and our team will look into the issue for you as soon as possible.
I wasn't able to refer a friend. What happened?
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message. The most common scenario is that there was a typo in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

I haven't received Peach Points for referrals

Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.
175 Peach Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website.
When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can then choose to redeem your 175 Peach Points at checkout for a $10 voucher off your order.
You can always check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
