Peach & Lily is seeking a Digital Content Manager to join our team.  The Digital Content Manager will manage our PIBUU Blog and our peachandlily.com news section, and will also create and edit content for a variety of other channels, including social media, product pages, PR efforts, product packaging, and marketing campaigns.  We are looking for someone with great ideas and at least five years of experience creating and editing high quality content.  Exceptional copywriting, editing, brainstorming, writing and time management skills are integral to the position.  The candidate should also have knowledge and proficiency with SEO and SEM concepts, competitive research, and core marketing concepts.  Must have deep knowledge and passion for Beauty. Must have finger on the pulse for digital content and relevancy.




  • -Manage the daily publishing, edit calendar and copy flow for PIBUU Blog and peachandlily.com news section, and pitch, write, edit and publish multiple daily stories across a wide range of beauty topics
  • -Coordinate freelance and guest writers to maximize output of high quality content
  • -Work closely with ecommerce team to create marketing materials for the web, including email marketing, product pages, banners, and marketing campaigns
  • -Work closely with Social Media, PR and marketing teams to support special events, PR outreach, influencer outreach as needed, as well as prepare and execute in-store marketing promotions and execution
  • -Work closely with product development team to prepare copy for product packaging
  • -Work closely with videographers to direct how videos should be edited and what captions should be included
  • -Coordinate with fact-checking and legal teams to ensure stories meet all standards
  • -Create weekly analytics reports to help monitor and exceed traffic goals



  • -Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or related field is required
  • -Minimum of 5+ years with at least 4 years' previous editorial experience at a reputable consumer-facing website with emphasis on cosmetics/beauty
  • -A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and management skills
  • -Good judgment as to what works to drive audience and engagement in digital media
  • -Excellent writing, editing, and content planning skills
  • -Ability to write catchy and concise copy for key marketing campaigns as well as long-form organized blogs
  • -Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
  • -A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multi-task projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback
  • -Knowledge of competitive marketplace
  • -Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment
  • -Interview high-profile beauty influencers, doctors and dermatologists, designers, stylists, chefs, entertainers and celebrities
  • -A team player who knows how to anticipate needs and is eager and willing to help
