The Sheet Mask 101:
Sheet masks have been around in Asia for a while now with Korea starting the sheet mask craze. They started as cotton sheets soaked in good-for-your-skin formulas that you place on your face for 10-20 minutes to let the solution soak into your skin. The solutions were tailored to target specific skin concerns like acne, skin discoloration, dryness while the cotton sheets helped the formula get delivered deeper into the skin.
Now, as technology and R&D has improved, sheet masks now come in other types of materials including hydrogel and bio cellulose masks, and there are truly masks for every occasion. In the streets of Seoul, there are even stores that are fully dedicated to sheet masks that stock walls and walls of these beloved skin care items.
There’s also data to prove that sheet masks as a category are a force to be reckoned with. A study by American research firm NPD Group found face masks grossed $65.5m in sales between 2013-14, a jump of about 60%, overshadowing other categories in the prestige beauty market (including moisturisers). The growth helped drive up a 2% value increase for overall facial skincare sales in the US, which has been valued as a $2.8bn industry.

Anti-Aging
This set of five sheet masks comes with power ingredients that help fight the signs of aging. Brightening
Sometimes our skin looks a bit dull and tired and needs a quick pick-me-up to get that glow and radiance back into our skin. This bundle of four sheet masks will brighten your visage and get rid of that dullness. Cremorlab White Bloom Triple Bright Floral Mask has lily extract in it which visible brightens skin and Mizon’s King to the Kong No. 1 Moist King’s Berry Mask whitens skin with chokeberry extract, which is packed with essential phyto-nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants. Hydration
